On 24th September, we made the bog move. It was exhaughsting, I had to take a rest against the TV!

I have my very own house on the balcony, that I can invite people to visit.

The Secret Life of Thilo Uncovered!

Well some of you may wonder what I do all day.

I have an extremely packed day full of responsibilities and appointments. I thought it may be thirlling for you fans out there to fid ot a littl emore about a day in the life of Thilo..........
It all starts at about 6am. I have surprised and delighted Mum & Dad this week by starting my day a little earlier - 5.15am. I start my day by drawing attention to the fact that I am awake by standing up in my cot, lookng over the top and make my perfected flat battery noise at Mum & Dad until they come and get me.

I have my morning milk, then get into a bit of excersise. I tear around the room, open drawers and cupboards and see if there are any spare power cords to chew.

After chewing everything I can around the house, Mum or Dad gives me bananas, oats and yohgurt to chew.

I have a brand new high chair and Dr. Seuss bib that is big enough to cover me. Breakfast is great.
I know - you think I look like an angel dont you? Well I can also be tough - so dont underestimate me.

Then its time to get ready for the day. I brush my 5 teeth.

Then head out for an adventure - to the park, the playground, the Zoo, or a trip around Robinson Road.

Dont be fooled by my happy demenour. I have a tremndous capacity to protest against cruelty to children. As far as i can tell, there is NO reason what so ever for Mum to take the lipstick i was chewing away from me. AND I let everyone know I am NOT HAPPY.
It seems when ever i do this though, there is a very predictable response. I get put to bed for my morning nap. I sometimes put up a feable fight for my rights as a baby to go to bed when I want to go to bed, but usually by 11am, I dont have much fight left in me and I crash out within 2 minutes.
I have a special sleeping style. Super comfortable. I recomend you trend setters outthere try it some time.

My First Junk Trip

Today we went out on a Hong Kong junk and motored out to Deep Water Bay. The boat rolled around a bit which did not aid my walking skills, but I managed to charm my way all day the the other passengers.

It was Sandy & Dana's Birthday last week - same month as mine, we we have a group celebration. Must have been a celebration because Mum allowed me to scoff down some Chocolate Brownie!

We went swimming - I used me brand new floating device given to me by Gayl & Tony.

It was a great day had by all. I ate lots, slept in the breeze, swam in the sea, listened to loud ACDC from the boat next door. Got to know some Italians, Germans, Dutch, Swiss Germans, and another Australian.

On the way home I entertained everyone with my sharp wit and great sense of humor.

When I got home I relaxed on the couch with a cold Heineken.

Happy Birthday Mr President

After a few days lounging at the Jayakarta.......... Kumula Pantai called and invited me to spend my birthday in the President Suite. I have perfected my presidential wave, and eased my way into a life fit for a president.

Birthday in Bali

Well here I am in Bali. Soaking up the Sun, sand and Bintang.

Trained and developed 2 parents that can now be rated competent

Anyway - here I am, and life is great!

Check out the holiday snaps. Someone had a concern that Popas camera was faulty = it ONLY takes photos of me- which I see nothing wrong with at!

Sunday, May 4, 2008

Here I am getting ready to go to Bali. Mum and Dad thought I had better get in some laps at the Vitoria Park pool as prep for Bali. Unfortunately - no cameras at the pool, so you don't get to see my strapping body in head to toe lyrca.

My New Toy

The new toy in the house. A huge box. The standard Vidoe box is extremely versatile.
You can climb on it, push it around the house, use it as a walking aid.
What I am not happy about it when Mum & Dad usae it as a means of blocking my path.

Table Manners

This week's new trick - I get to hold my own spoon! I am rapidly approaching Big Boy catagory. My daily breakfast routine is: Banana, Oats and yoghurt. I get 80% in my mouth which is a brilliant effort on my part.

A laugh a Minute!

My favorite game is - when its bed time, I throw my Cat out of bed and Mum & Dad have to pick it up and give it back.

Then I throw it out again, and again, and again, and again - funniest thing I have ever seen!

An Old Photo of me & Dad!

Digging out the old snaps! Wow - I was so small wasnt i?

Another Day in the Office

As a General Manager, I have a lot of responsibilities in the office. I take phone calls, ensure the staff are motivated and entertained, and there is always plenty of paperwork.
My Mum says my filing skills are particularly unique - but judging from the piles of paper in her office - I am not sure her system is one to be replicated!
So I go in daily to the Centre, and check on the staff. I really need to be there each day to make sure things run smoothly. I write on the white board, go through the participant plastic name tags, and joke around with the staff.
My favorite duty is to push the button on the lift. When I am lucky I push all the buttons from 1 - 25 - but I am not usually allowed this. Seems to slow the journey down a bit.
Well - gotta go - anohter day in the office coming to an end! its tough being the GM!

Preparing for a day in the office

packing my bag for a day in the office!

My harrowing adventures!

After a grueling 20 minutes of being locked in my room with no one to play with, talk to or grunt at, I was finally freed up. I am glad the whoe thing is over.
It all started at 2.45pm Wednesday, when in my normal adventures, I was playing in my room with the door. Normally I close the door, give a little yell and someone comes and opens the door.
Yesterday was different! I closed the door and somehow it had locked. Ronah couldnt open the door. I was stuck!
After me sreaming my hardest for 20 minutes, finally a man arrived who could open the door and we was freed up.
Everyone gave me a lot more hugs and kisses today.
Happy with that!

Remotely Interested

I have worked out all the remotes in the house. I know the white one is for the dehumidifyer, the black ones all for the TV.

If only I could work out which remote could take away the perspects glass that covers the stereo - then I could realyl get into pushing buttons!

My First Sausage!

My Mum is showing signs of concern that I am getting enough Aussie culture into me. So today I had my first piece of vegemite toast and then ended my day with a bit of sausage.

To be honest my parents are acting kind of strange today. As I write this, my Dad is in the kitchen making what looks like pavalova..........! What got into them?

Yes - I am loving being Aussie in Hong Kong.

Just got back from an afternoon at Aidan's house - I played with all his toys including his walker - I walked all around the lounge room by myself.

Its 8pm - Bath and bed time

Good night!
